How long does an end of tenancy clean take?+
Typically 3–4 hours for a one-bedroom flat and 5–8 hours for larger houses. We send a team sized to your property and stay until the full checklist is complete — the fixed price never changes.
Do I need to be at the property?+
No. Most of our customers have already moved out. We can collect keys from your letting agent, a neighbour, or a lockbox, and return them once photos of the finished clean are sent to you.
What if my agent isn't happy with something?+
That's what the deposit-back guarantee is for. Report any cleaning issue from the check-out report within 72 hours and we return to re-clean it free of charge — no quibbles.
Is carpet cleaning included?+
Carpet steam cleaning is a separate add-on — many tenancy agreements require it, so check yours. Booking it together with your end of tenancy clean is cheaper than booking separately.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?+
Yes — everything. Professional-grade degreasers, limescale removers, steam equipment and vacuums. You don't need to leave anything behind except the keys.
How do I pay?+
Card, bank transfer or cash on completion. For agent and landlord accounts we offer invoicing with 14-day terms.
What is included in an end of tenancy clean?+
Everything on a standard letting agent inventory checklist: full kitchen degrease including inside the oven and cupboards, bathroom descale, inside windows, skirting boards, doors, light fittings, wardrobes and drawers, plus vacuuming and mopping throughout.
Do you clean ovens?+
Yes — a full oven deep clean (inside, racks, trays, hob and extractor) is included as standard in every end of tenancy clean, not as an extra.
Can you clean the same day I move out?+
Usually yes. We offer next-day and often same-day slots 7 days a week. The clean is best done after your belongings are out, just before the check-out inspection.
Are you insured?+
Fully. We carry public liability insurance and all cleaners are background-checked and trained on the agent checklist standard.
Do you guarantee my deposit back?+
We guarantee the cleaning side of your check-out. If any cleaning item is flagged within 72 hours, we return free. Deposit deductions for damage or unpaid rent are outside any cleaner's control.
